I was very impressed with the whole process. The attention to detail was amazing. The care and courtesy from the team assisting the driver was great. The team wanted to make sure we were happy and they would go above and beyond what was expected. Eric and Julie were absolutely fantastic with the whole process. They were very clear with explaining everything that they would do and they would double check with us to ensure that’s what and where we wanted everything. From my standpoint, and I manage people, Eric and Julie take their jobs very seriously. I think in today’s climate, it’s hard to find people that care about what they do and how they represent the company they work for. If I had to rate the whole process and all involved it would definitely get a 10/10. I don’t think I’d move again without using this group.
