My wife and I were extremely pleased with the entire move process. We are nearly complete with unpacking boxes and no items have been identified as damaged or missing. The crews worked extremely hard.

When you are packing and moving families, it undoubtedly gives a sense of comfort to your female clients to be able to work with another female. Jose was so dedicated to providing us with a great experience and we are so so grateful to him and Norma for all they did for us. I would recommend them to anyone and I hope that Atlas/Walker-Powell will consider recognizing them in some way based off of this review they deserve all the praise!

Everything went very well! We are quite satisfied with the service and happy to be moved into our new home.

This was our 8th HHG shipment and by far the best one. No comparison. Our assigned driver and assistant set the standard that all should strive to be. Professional, courtesy and customer service as a top priority the entire process start to finish. Not a single item broken or damaged.

LaDonna was very helpful and kept us informed throughout this process. The packers in Jacksonville went the extra mile to stay late and finish our loading. They were very careful and left not even a mark on any surfaces while unloading 300+ boxes.

I will recommend this service to anyone who is thinking of relocating. I have nothing but nice things to say about Mike, his crew, and the business in general!

From my standpoint, and I manage people, Eric and Julie take their jobs very seriously. I think in today’s climate, it’s hard to find people that care about what they do and how they represent the company they work for. If I had to rate the whole process and all involved it would definitely get a 10/10. I don’t think I’d move again without using this group.

Mike did an excellent job coordinating, packaging, and transporting our goods. He was extremely professional and it was a pleasure having him as our van operator.
